Jefferson Co. Democrats Participate in Trick or Treating

Leaders from the Jefferson County Democrats continued their tradition of participation in the Shepherdstown Trick or Treat festivities. Volunteers, including Lucia Valentine, an
announced candidate for the WV House of Delegates, handed out candy for approximately two hours to nearly 2,000 children, teenagers, and even a few adults!
